Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are returning a product due to a change of mind or you simply do not want to keep the product, when returning your order/item, you must include the packing slip we sent with your order or a note with your order number inside your return parcel. The product must not be used and the product packaging must be undamaged.

The delivery fee is non-refundable for "change-of-mind/no longer needed" returns. If your delivery fee was zero due to your order value being €40 or higher, postage costs will be deducted from your refund to cover the lost outbound delivery fee.

Restocking fee 

If you cancel or return your order, there is a 5% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. This applies to all Returns and Cancellations. This does not apply for returns if the item being returned is faulty, if we sent incorrect products or for items damaged in delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

If the product is faulty or is the incorrect product, you can return it without the packaging. Please also note that if you determine a product is faulty and return it to us, we will test the product. If the product is functioning for its intended use meaning the product was not compatible with your equipment or purpose, your order will be refunded as a standard "change of mind" return (see above "30 day return policy"), not as a faulty product. This excludes non-returnable(see below) items. If we determine that the product is not faulty and you would like the product sent back to you, you will be required to pay a re-delivery fee of €3.00. If you do not want to pay for re-delivery, as long as the product and packaging is undamaged, we'll refund your order under our standard "30 day return policy"(see above), this excludes non-returnable items(see below). In such case where the item is non-returnable or the product/packaging has been damaged by the user and the product has been deemed "not faulty" by our technicians and you do not wish to pay for the re-delivery fee, your refund will be rejected, we'll hold your product for 30 days in case you change your mind, if we have not heard from you within the 30 days, the product/s will be disposed of and no refund will be provided.

To return an item/s you are responsible for return delivery fees. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service that provides a tracking number to return your items to us. Refunds for returns will be rejected if they do not reach us, are lost in the post and you cannot provide us with proof of your returning the order, are sent to the wrong return address(which is clearly stated on the packing slip inside your parcel), or if you do not include the order number inside the parcel.

Your return postage fee will be refunded if the fault is with us, for example, incorrect item sent, not as described or faulty goods. If you have requested a refund for a faulty product, and that refund is accepted, the return postage fee will be refunded separately to your chosen IBAN, PayPal or in the form of a voucher to use on our website, the choice is yours. The return postage fee will be refunded up to the value of €3.00 only. Once our technicians test your return item, if it is working and not faulty then your return will be treated as a "Change-of-mind / no longer needed" return. If your refund is rejected your return postage fee will not be refunded.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours of the time of delivery taken from the tracking system, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must also report damaged-on-arrival packaging, this may protect you against a rejection should you choose to return the parcel. When reporting damages, photos are required to be sent to info@yoke.ie


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of in-ear earphones unless faulty or damaged in delivery due to health and safety as they cannot be resold.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for return delivery fees in this case. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service that provides a tracking number to return your items to us. Refunds for returns will be rejected if they do not reach us, are lost in the post and you cannot provide us with proof of your returning the order, are sent to the wrong return address, or if you do not include the order number inside the parcel. If you only return some of the items purchased, a portion of the delivery fee will be refunded upon your request, for example if you ordered and received two items together but only return one item, 50% of your delivery fee will refunded upon your request. If the product packaging is damaged, the product is damaged or there are signs of wear and tear on the product there will be a 50% reduction in your refunded amount.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
